How much will I need to pay to exchange my MacBook Air with AppleCare+? Do I only have to pay the GST amount for the new MacBook, or is there any additional cost?
I have a 2-year-old MacBook Air M2 15-inch with AppleCare+ still valid for the next 6 months. I’m planning to exchange it and upgrade to an M3 or M4 model. With AppleCare+, do I only need to pay the GST amount for the new MacBook when trading in my current one?
I’m confused about how the MacBook exchange process works when AppleCare+ is still active. Can you explain it?
Hi bro, applecare+ dont work with trade in type of programs. If there is any damage you can claim and pay the 25000 fee to get new macbook.
If you are planning to upgrade, then you have to sell this macbook separately in shops or online like olx, facebook marketplace or among you friends contacts and then go for new macbook purchase. valid applecare+ presence helps to prevent expensive repairs in case of damage and resale value will be decent too. as the buyer knows they are protected against expensive repairs for next few more months.
Bro, so you mean if my MacBook is completely damaged, I can just pay ₹25,000 and get a new one? Is that correct?
Else i have to sell my macbook separately in shops or online like olx, facebook marketplace or among my friends contacts and then go for new macbook purchase right..!?
