How to connect CD DVD drive to iPad Pro?

I have a 2020 model 12.9 inch iPad Pro
Is it possible to connect a dvd reader to it like a external device

Hi bro, if we can find a USB C CD DVD Drive, then we may try with it. I have seen them working with Macbook but not sure about iPad Pro. even though it have USB C, iPhone or iPads still restrict devices based on how much power it draw out of the device.

so I assume the CD Drive normally consumes more power to read the discs, and that could make it not possible to work with iPads. For SSD Drives, Pen Drives and any iPad Pro compatible devices it should be working fine.

When you search for the drive, make sure its iPad compatible. that should help.
