Yes bro. Did you get the answer? Like the photos cache or temporary files could be filling that 200 MB Space. Which will be cleared when we store more files and update software. Also iCloud sync could store some files and photos temporary files that consumes some space.

How many Photos and Videos you have and check Recently Deleted album too bro.
