In that case completely reinstalling whatsapp is required bro. temporarily get icloud storage for one month. then upload your whatsapp backup to icloud within whatsapp settings. then delete whatsapp and reinstall whatsapp and restore the backup. this is one time step. so dont skip the backup restore. we cannot restore the backup after we skipped it right after reinstalling.
If you dont have important chats to backup, then you can reinstall whatsapp and check once bro.

within settings - general - software update - beta updates toggle has to be OFF bro. so future iOS beta updates wont come to you. only stable when released you will receive.
