Hi,

My old iPhone 7 has been stolen. I had the same iCloud account signed in on both my new and old iPhones. How can I erase the data from my stolen iPhone without affecting my new iPhone?

The stolen iPhone is not showing in Find My iPhone or iCloud.com. I want to erase its data, but I want to make sure it won’t delete anything from my new iPhone.

I have watched all your videos but couldn’t find the exact solution I’m looking for. Please help me with this issue, as it’s very important for me to erase the data from my stolen iPhone.

hi bro, if the iPhone is dismantled by some thief or battery completely exhausted then only if the device is charged again and connected to network you will see the update in this case.

you can trigger the erase data option through find my app if we can see the device listed. else its not possible to enable it.

Did you receive any sms messages about the iPhone located or found? tried to login visiting the link?
