How to remove this A? From the top of the screen

hi bro, is this your personal mac or company provided?

Ok bro. users who had similar icon are pointing to an enterprise macbooks that have some security system running in the background.
Trying holding CMD and then left click or right click on the A icon. see if you are seeing any options in the menu.

The same letter can be found inside the keyboard settings. If you have setup custom keyboard setting under system settings - keyboard - Input Sources - Edit, you will see the available keyboard setup. Do check the settings bro. If you have custom settings enabled, that could be the reason for letter A showing on mac menubar.
