Hi bro, its not possible to disable or remove camera app icon from the lock screen for now. expecting such feature in upcoming iOS versions. But by default no one can access photos without verifying face id or unlocking iphone with passcode. they can click photos but cannot browse photos app previous photos and videos you have inside iPhone storage.
