Hi bro, put both airpods in the case and perform reset by pressing and holding the back button on the case for few seconds. once the light blinking turns to white. then remove airpods from iPhone bluetooth settings too.
Now pair it fresh with your iPhone by bringing airpods closer.
Check find my app whether the airpods are able to track properly or not.
