having before having a new iCloud, I was having an old iCloud mail but I forgot the password for the old iCloud so I contacted the Apple Support and asked them to give me a permission to reset the password. After one month. They gave me the permission to reset the password and I got reset the password. Now my concern is can I transfer the data like photos, videos and contacts from old iCloud to my new iCloud and how it should be done

Hi bro, there is no one tool to migrate all our data from one icloud to another icloud account. So far we have to download those data to device locally. signout from existing apple id and sign in with new apple id. then when we turn ON sync from icloud settings, data will be uploaded to our new apple id. thats the only way I am aware of bro.

we can login to icloud account from a web browser bro. so in a computer browser login with your apple id in icloud.com then download which data you need. What are all the contents you currently use in your apple id? Photos, Notes, Contacts??
