How to use google map on watch - it says to start navigation on iPhone, but when i did - nothing happened on my watch
make sure to enable location services permission within apple watch for google maps app bro. then try to use it for particular location.

Everything is enabled bro - but still not working- Most options like shortcuts and other options guven in the post is not available for me
When we start the location to destination on iPhone, google maps installed on watch will start to show the navigation bro. similar to carplay. We cannot change the details in watch as google maps for watch is limited features. but right now its controlled from iPhone google maps app.

once we start the travel mode to destination apple watch should start showing the status on google maps app installed bro. so strange its not working in your condition. as a basic troubleshooting step we have to check location settings permission.
Try deleting and reinstalling google maps from iPhone Watch App bro. simply turn off and turn on the toggle then try to use google maps. as it will ask location permission when you open for the first time, allow and see if that helps or not.
