I forgot my macbook air password and while resetting my password by watching YouTube videos , it is stuck after I entering my apple id and started loading ,it’s not showing the area for entering password. Help me to reset my macbook air password without loosing my data.
hi bro, only option is restore OS without data loss is using recovery mode. follow official steps provided by apple.
if you are stuck in between any process, its safe to visit nearest apple service center. not recommended to further try and corrupt the files which could result in data loss.
