hi bro, possible due to server side issues. leave wifi connected and it will be downloaded in background and notify you once its completed.

Thanks for the reply bro! It was downloaded within the next 1 hour after I posted this, it took approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes bro. One more question, I have setup the charging limt as 80% but sometimes rarely it is charging more than that. Not always but in very rare case
Good to know issue resolved bro. that is normal. as explained in our charging optimisation video, it overrides the feature rarely.
