hello bro, so far intha mathiri issue namma users report pannalainga. normal la oru app la notification work agalaina, settings - general - reset - reset location and privacy settings pannunave pothumnga. next time when we open the app, it will ask for notifications allow or dont allow. we have to select allow.

Instagram also has separate notification settings bro. its allowed properly? once as you already tried reinstalling instagram app and āSettings - general - reset - reset location and privacy settingsā and allowed notifications. This might be instagram app specific issue bro.
