I can’t able to see reels icon and can’t able to scroll froom one reel to another, i’ve reported this issue to instagram but till now it doesn’t get resolved
hello bro, have you tried reinstalling instagram app? some users did report similar problem before. Instagram account specific problem mostly. if possible can you access your instagram account from a computer? and check whether reels are accessible for your account.
hi bro just now saw your reply i’ve tried re installing and in my laptop too i’ve looged in and used, but the reels is not working, In app reels icon is not showing but in laptop the icon is visible but the reels are not working bro please some tips to resolve this
it looks like your account is limited from accessing reels bro. you have to contact instagram support within the app. did you receive any email or message saying particular days banned from accessing some service?
No bro i didn’t receive any mail regarding ban and i’ve reported this issue to instagram app so many times but there is no response and bro if it is banned means how can i rectify it.
Sadly its not iOS related problem bro. as confirmed with above steps. instagram also blocks creating new accounts from same devices. you have to wait for 1 month to 3 months to see whether they lift the ban and let you use the account normally or not.

I understand bro, have seen similar problem with 2 more users before. found out its instagram side issue. some create new account, but creating new account in same device could get the new account also banned from instagram. so trying with different device is necessary if you are sure its some ban related problem. Hi bro today i tried logged in in a android mobile and the reel icon is showing and reels are working properly

This is so strange bro. device specific issue cannot be the answer here. if the account is working normally in android, it should also be able to show reels in iPhone. Never heard instagram having device specific issue so far.
as a last step we may try iOS Restore once in iPhone bro. as already tried reinstalling instagram app and all settings reset.
Take full backup of iPhone in iTunes and then perform iOS Restore. then install instagram app first time and check how it works. After that you can restore your previous backup.
If the device is under warranty you can get the iOS Restore done at apple service center. else you can do it yourself following this tutorial bro.

This kind of end of the possibility to fix the problem bro. I suspect its instagram side issue as few more users reported similar problem before. If I come across any solution, will definitely update here. IF you got it fixed, do let me know too.
