Hello bro, do try charging the iPad with different adapter once. sometimes it could be charging adapter or cable issue. so try with different ones and see if that works. leave it in charging for 2 to 3 hours. else we need to check with apple service center for any issue with the power source or iPad hardware.

I am not sure about the exact price bro. but check with iPick Service Center or iDot Repairs in chennai. Call them and check with them once. If it can be repaired you can do it and continue using the device for some more time. If you dont want to do third party service then you may sell it and move to new iPad model bro. based on budget right now, you can decide.
