IPhone 11 user upgrade to 14 or better wait for few month for 15 for dynamic island and type c port.
14 or 14 plus is an upgrade definitely coming from 11 bro. only thing you have to decide right now is, whether your current iPhone 11 is working fine or not, and you need this upgrade right now? if its urgent then go with 14 models, else waiting till 15 comes out is good idea.
There is a high possibility iPhone 15 models to get USB C, we have to wait and see.
