I have been using 12 mini for the past 5 months and my battery health is 98%.
After I updated ios 16.3 my battery drains faster than usual during night times.
Usually 2 to 3 percentage will reduce during night times but after this update it went up to 10%.

hi bro, when we use the phone with less signal coverage or 1 or 2 points network coverage, battery drain will be faster. mainly at nights if the tower is low and signal search continues, then we see such faster battery drain bro.
from the screenshot we can see its 1 point. if its temporary network coverage issue, then it gets fixed automatically in a week time mostly. raise a complaint with your network provider too.
otherwise changing to a network that gives good coverage in the area we are in, will help to see less battery drain over night and while using it in day time.
