I have an iPhone 12 Pro (2020) that stopped working completely after I updated to iOS 18.6.1. The phone doesn’t turn on at all, it’s not recognized by my Mac, and I can’t enter DFU mode.
I tried all troubleshooting at home: force restart, cleaning the charging port, using different cables and chargers, but nothing works. The device gets slightly warm and I can hear a faint zzz sound when plugged in.
The phone contains important data (photos, videos, documents). I want to know if your shop can:
Check the motherboard for possible IMC / NAND / hardware issues.
Attempt data recovery before any repair or restore.
Could you please let me know if this is possible, and what the estimated cost and procedure would be?
Sorry to know bro. try the downgrade method once. it could help to avoid data loss.
same method just download iOS 18.6.1 to proceed with it. if its still not fixed, then you may check with any third party service center. Do mention your location city to suggest any third party service center.
No luck so far for my iPhone 12 pro after upgrading to 18.2.1, Could anyone suggest a trusted Apple iPhone specialist in Pondicherry or in Chennai who could fix this motherboard EMI, NAND, CPU level issue ?
You may check with iPick Service center in Chennai, they do have pondy center I think. you can google search and give them a ring bro. if you are going to chennai you can also cehck with iDot Repairs. for checking and knowing the exact issue and fixing possibility.
