Now i have 12 pro max 256 gb and battery health is 81 what can i do
Should i change the battery after some months or should i upgrade it to i phone 15 base varient 128 gb
Bcoz i phone 12 pro max battery changing cost around 15k

Hello bro, in this case you have to decide based on how much resale value you are getting for 12 pro max, battery changing cost, the difference you have to pay for upgrading your iPhone to 15 model. Lets wait for 15 model come to store. then experience the phone and see how it works.
You can decide based on the above factors to upgrade or change battery and use it for another year or two bro.

I think i phone 15 will be lauch @ around 80k & my 12 pro max resale value is 45k I don’t have much money to upgrade to i phone 15
My doubt is should i change the change the battery and use for another two years is enough or should i upgrade it to some base varient like i phone 13 or 14

Anytime bro. When you are short on budget right now, its wise to change battery at apple service center and continue using it. as you already have a pro device, it will be good for another 2 years atleast. So upgrading to base models should be considered only if the current unit is making you to spend more or not fit for your daily usage.
For calls, messages and apps usage. if 12 pro max satisfies then using it for few more months will be smart decision. calculate and decide bro.
The only problem i face from my 12 pro max is battery life because the battery drains so much fast this made me soo depressed

Because this battery draining issue I’m daily charging my 12 pro max 2 to 3 times per day
I understand bro. 2.5 years average lifetime is there for battery as per my observation. Worrying about battery is not going to help. Just use the way you want and after that lifetime mark, we change it at apple service center. Imagine if there is no battery health present in the device. We will be using it without any worries correct? 
so ignore that and enjoy using your iPhone.
Purpose of phone should be satisfied here.
iPhone does that very well. This is common for any electronic device with lithium battery in it.
