Without using the mobile battery draining iphone 13 I have a warranty period till upto November I visited directly to the I Store but they asked to reset factory with data can you pls give me any solution to solve the issue
hi bro, kindly share last 24 hours battery graph with apps section visible here. just top 3 or 4 apps with activity graph visible 1 screenshot is enough. that will help to understand how the draining happens.

that graph looks normal bro. without any usage if the system is ON, then system services will be running in the background. so it will take certain power. which is less and slowly reduces. if you inserted SIM card, then it will drain bit faster due to network usage, signal search and so on.
Even if we turn off the phone, per day 1 or 2% reduce is totally normal.
So dont worry, start charging the phone when it reaches 20% around and that will help to maintain it.
