Hi, I am facing a problem with my iPhone 13 display resolution issue example I have full brightness on my screen then I can see there is my display light is low I even turned off auto brightness so it’s the same I’m not facing a problem with auto brightness. no, there is no any water damage Currently I am using iOS 17.3.
ok bro, so far no similar issues reported by our fellow users. Can you check once with apple service center. because performing basic troubleshooting steps wont be helpful in this case I think. like All settings reset or force restarting the iPhone.
service technician will run diagnostics report to identify any software or hardware level issue. you can call apple support to do the same too.
Let me know if they find out any issues after that, which could be the reason for display brightness not reachings its peak during outdoor.
