That is not normal bro. should be checked with apple service center once for any display related issue. Usually if there is any pressure around the display area we see such green lines. if it’s not damage and software-related issues then we can get it serviced after approval from apple support bro.
Just adding this video for reference of what to do incase of issues that happened for problem we havent caused.
