My iphone 13 is so laggy and struck while using it also gets heat it feels like to use an normal android which is outdated im currently at update 18.1.1 battery health 91% and my phone is bought on april 12 2024 please help me
hi bro, such lag and heating is not normal. as you are facing issue with current iOS version. do try updating to iOS 18.2 and see any improvements are there.
Did you buy used iPhone 13? within settings - general - about section any warning message displayed about battery or display replacement or service done earlier? Check after 18.2 update and let me know.
No everything is genuine yesterday i was shooting video in 4k 25 my camera got closed and phone got locked is that normal or is there any issue with the model
Recording in 4K shouldnt be a problem bro. the device should work normally and when it overheats due to long recording session we may notice temperature warning on the screen and phone needs to cool down.
looks like you have several software level issues.
Do perform settings - general - reset - reset all settings once and use it for 2 days. if issue repeats then its recommended to do iOS Software update and see if problem fixed or not bro.

hello bro, normall if there is any software issue we can update and check. but you are already running latest software with iOS 17 version. so I doubt that it could be software issue as no other users are experiencing the same.
can you try all settings reset once and check how it works after that bro?
Now its better after update is my battery health is stable like i bought my phone on April month and now its 91%
