I have purchased iPhone 13 mini 5 months back. Now my phone screen becomes dark with some horizontal rainbow lines in the screen. Iam not sure whether it is a hardware or software or screen problem. Tried some settings changes after googling and updated to ios 17.4 but no solution .Kindly help me
hi bro, so sorry to know. I hope there is no drop or water contact happened. you have to visit apple service center immediately bro. try to visit this week and let the technician check the device. once they conform that we havent caused any damage we could claim under warranty. as its 5 months old, dont worry. software is not the reason here. its clearly hardware side problem.

No water drops contact made , when I was using suddenly the screen becomes so dull and now Iam getting the rainbow lines . Iam attaching the images . Thank you
havent seen something like this before bro. its good to check once with service center. as the issue could be hardware related.

I have contacted Iplanet and I got replaced my screen with new one within the warranty. As you mentioned it was a hardware problem. Thanks for giving an suggestion and idea about my issue
