Replaced iphone 13 battery at authorised service centre in Tiruchirappalli. Two days after usage all of the sudden screen went black with two green lines on either side of the front camera array. Contacted apple support, apple service. They are insisting to go for paid replacement of the screen. Totally fed up. Is there any remedy?
hi bro, you have done the battery replacement at authorised service center. as its been just two days they do provide limited time warranty for the battery. but if display is affected, you have to explain bit more and get approval. while talking to apple support can you ask to escalate the issue to senior staff? explain you havent done any damage and the issue happened right after battery replacement.

Escalated to two level senior executives. They are saying that when the device is cleared for delivery after battery replacement no errors were noticed. I had reasoned with every possible ways. They literally let me down and asking me to pay for screen replacement. There is no physical damage on any of the surface. Completely lost the credibility of the brand. They literally robbed me and let me down. The only authorised apple service provider in Tamilnadu is iPlanet (outside chennai). I have followed every Apple recommendations for battery replacement and they let me down..
This is really disappointing bro. my friends have replaced battery and some of them are still using it without any issues. but with electronics we cannot be 100% sure. as its been just 2 days apple does check for possible repair solutions. last option we have is checking with third party options. to see if the display can be fixed without replacing original display.
Sometimes the cable could be a defect and third party technicians may check for possible repair options.
Suggesting this method as you dont want to spend much on display replacement now. to make the device usable again. try this option bro.
