Good morning bro. Dont worry, its a temporary issue. make sure to update iOS software to latest version and with a proper case, you wont feel the heat directly on hand. This heating also gets reduced over 2 to 3 weeks of usage automatically. heating happens during Camera app usage, video recording, HDR video playback, gaming are normal.
if you are noticing heating continuously even for normal usage after 3 to 4 weeks of your iPhone usage, then consider visiting apple service center once. they will take backup and perform iOS Restore once.
That will fix any iOS related bugs causing such heating problem bro.
