Hi Irobinpro bro, I already spoke about this issue with you in Instagram as you told discuss here.
My issue was in my iPhone 14 while recording videos and taken pictures in wide angle mode it’s not clear and so noisy effects appears. So I went Apple service centre for service but they didn’t consider to take service. I took Apple support help and finally they guided to submit the device to the AASP for service. At the time of submission they told me that the device will sent to Bangalore repair centre but they didn’t sent. After couple of days they called me that camera p art was Chang and the device was ready to collect. So I went to collect, while checking the device the issue was not resolved and again I spoke with Apple support informed them the same issue was there after changing the part. So they told me to resubmit the device. After that Apple support was informed me to get logs from device with AASP but they not supposed to respond the Apple support so they called me to get the device and help them to get the log details. So went to service centre to get device to share the logs as they needed. But the service centre senior technician told me to no need at all the logs to the Apple support and went lot of arguments with them finally they informed me that as your satisfaction we send the device to Bangalore RC for repair. After four days back I got device with the changing of the camera part once again but still I’m facing the same issue
What should I do now. While I submit the device for the first time it’s under warranty but over the one month of service period my warranty expired now. Kindly do the needful
