i am facing a strange issue. My phone is iPhone 14 Plus. Off late I am facing issue with my primary camera for shooting pics or video. The focus is completely not working and pics and video is completely blurr. But for close up subjects, the photo is fine. This issue is not pertain to ultra wide camera. What would be the issue here?

sometime it could be due to mist formation inside lens area bro. do you see any visible dots or mist type of things inside lens area? by any chance using lens protector? check in day light time tomorrow.
I don’t see anything in Lens. I am not using any lens protector as well. Took it to GO FIX for just a clarification and they confirmed that it has to be replaced. I even went in with the Apple support team and asked them to take the phone logs to see if there is any sensor warnings or issues, but none found.
Did gofix said whats the exact issue with the lens bro? as the diagnostics reveal no issues, are there any physical internal damage or for other reasons it has to be replaced?
