iPhone 14 Plus Inner Frame Damaged

This is kanagavel ur subscriber.
I bought a I phone 14 plus -5 month before, ther was problem like sudden switch off. I gave to service centre ,they told there was damage in a inner frame but we didn,t any physical damage like fallen . From the service side told this damege cont not cover the warrent so u have to pay for it. Now what can I do bro … Whats the solution for it. Pls reply bro.

hello bro, sad to know :frowning: if its any manufacturing defect then we can get it serviced for free within warranty period. Else we can activate applecare plus or protect plus and get it serviced. Is the device working now? Or completely off?

you have mentioned in instagram comment, that the phone is still with apple service center. If they didnt mention about physical damage when they gave job sheet when you gave the iPhone, then you dont have to accept the device now.

You gave it in working condition and now its not working, correct?

In job sheet all are positive no problem. We gave it for a problem like sudden switch off but they told damage in a camera enclosing frame.
They declared it’s a physical damage. But I have a vedio before handling to service. There is no damage in it.they told it’s nearly cost 72k. We sure about there is no damage.if any damage they mention in a job sheet. But they mentioned camera N/A.Then I doubt, it’s really that damage cause sudden switch off and they did it give any specific causes for switch off. They only say damege in frame it is a physical damage there is no claim. It’s really hard me bro…

Exactly bro. They always mention it in job sheet. Just talk to apple support one more time. If no hope, then proceed with contacting a lawyer to approach consumer court bro. This kind of incidents happen in rare case. It could be human error I think. But they have to take responsibility.

With or without warranty doesnt matter. You gave a working device and now its in dead condition. they should have returned in the same way it was.

So talk to a lawyer and proceed further. whether to get the device back from service center or not have to be decided based on their suggestion.
