iPhone 14 Pro Macro Mode Not working

Hi bro,

iPhone 14 Pro Macro mode does not support in social media app taking picture & video calls. (WhatsApp, Botim etc… ) Even I tried all setting reset but still same. Using normal camera support macro mode :ok_hand:t2:.
After iOS 18 update I feel this issue, now currently running 18.0.1.
Then It’s normally not support macro mode on social media application, or any camera setting need to change or software issue or hardware issue???

hello bro, yes. the apps camera mode is custom and depends on what features they can use from the default camera app.

so its not possible to use macro mode with other apps if its not supported.

we have to use default camera app and use the photos import function to upload to instagram or facebook. in future we may see such feature integration support from third party apps bro.
