Hi anand bro, during charging iPhone heating is normal. especially when fast charging takes effect, they start to heat to certain temperature level. But it will be controlled automatically at hardware and software level if its over heating.
From 0 to 80% fast charging happens, even in between if its too much heat, then phone charging speed will be reduced or cut off to cool down.
After 80% charging will continue based on your optimised charging feature. As the phone is under warranty, if you are noticing abnormal heat even while normally using and at other times, then you can check once with apple service center. do take charger and cable you normally use. just for diagnosis.
Otherwise not to worry. it will be managed automatically.
