Hi robin im using 14 pro my phone network issue . I tried phone network setting and other options can’t solve the problem. After that I called Coustomer care (dialog Sri Lanka) they said that’s network issue 14 series is it true?? How can I solve this problem ? please let me know ``
Hello bro, it’s not like that. More people would have complained if its iPhone 14 issue, and apple must have issued an update to fix the problem or replaced such problems. If you haven’t dropped your iPhone or are running the latest iOS 16.3.1 version and still facing problems, consider checking once with the apple service center.
You can call apple customer care toll-free support to run a remote diagnosis and see if there is any problem with the hardware.
Additionally, if you are using older SIM card, try changing new SIM card for the same number and check bro. if its eSIM then contact carrier to reconfigure eSIM for same number removing the existing eSIM details. that could help in some situation too.
