I currently own an iPhone 13 pro max but I was thinking to buy a new iPhone but I cannot decide between iphone 14 or iphone 15. Can anyone provide me the key features and differences between these two models? Specifically interested in performance, camera quality, design, battery life. Which one would be the better buy in terms of value and future-proofing? 
Each year apple does an incremental upgrade in terms of processing performance, camera and battery performance. Coming from 13 pro max, only if your usage is average you may consider iPhone 15 model.
It has better and latest hardware compared to iPhone 14 model.
Dynamic Island, USB C Port, 48 MP camera system and brighter display for better outdoor usage conditions.
Go for iPhone 15 model, you will enjoy using it for next few years.
Only difference would be battery performance compared to 13 pro max. So my suggestion is to visit nearest apple showroom and experience both iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus personally.
So considering iPhone 15 Plus will be good idea.

@iRobinPro Well, I’m eagerly waiting for the September event, and my birthday is in the middle of September. So, probably, Apple will launch the iPhone 16 series, and my fixed budget is 70k.
The iPhone 13 will be discontinued, and the 14 will be the starter model. At that time, should I buy the iPhone 14?
I don’t see major differences between the 14 and 15. USB-C is okay, but we can’t charge all the devices with the same brick and wire simultaneously, so the Lightning port doesn’t make a huge impact here. Also, the notch versus the Dynamic Island is subjective; I use only a few apps on my iPhone (Music, Reminders, Safari, Mail, etc.), so I don’t see any use for the Dynamic Island.
I’m skipping the 13 because it only has 4GB of RAM, while the 14 has 6GB. Also, I need my phone to last longer and am planning to stick with iOS 17.
In this price range, I could also consider the 15, but I’ve heard that the iPhone 15’s new 48MP camera isn’t as good compared to the Pro model.

Keep 15 also in your list bro. if the price difference between 14 and 15 is small you may consider 15 model. it will be worth.
True lightning port is not a big deal. but just incase to get other features like dynamic island, brighter display and camera upgrades.
Dynamic island is getting good updates with apps recently. also camera upgrade is useful only if you want to see more details in the photos you shoot bro. with 48MP sensor. 12MP, 24MP and 48MP shots can be taken.

Well yes bro iPhone 15 is under my list coz it will available for 69900 after 16 series launch,
i’ll check the price difference after 16 launch.
Also this purchase will be my last base model purchase the next one will be pro not max just pro
