iPhone 15 battery abnormal draining

My iPhone 15 battery health is at 86% and I am hardly getting 2.5-3hrs screen on time. When escalated to apple service centre/senior engineers - they are saying everything is normal. They can see my heavy usage on a particular day and drawing solutions from it. But they are incapable of seeing my low usage and heavy drain on another day and refusing to comment on it. Despite getting Apple Care+ there is no use here and I am getting 0 solutions. Visited the service centre multiple times. Had hours and hours of call with the senior apple support service team. Still they are saying issue is normal. Even on wifi my battery went from 80% to 20% with less than 2 hours of “screen on time”. Submitted all the screen shots to apple also. And then they checked my usage too. One person is saying it is abnormal and the other is saying it is normal. Facing draining issue for the past few months. They asked to factory reset, I did. They asked to update, I did. Switched off background refresh, location services and what not! Still same SOT. Very pathetic service!
