Hi my iphone battery health got down to 98 from 100 within 1.5 months. Please tell me shall I visit service centre for this. It’s just 30 cycle count and battery drop to 98. Whereas Apple claims 1% down every 25 cycle. My friend’s iphone is still 100% even after 167 cycle count. Why is it so. Even my OS is also updated.
hi bro, the cycle count matching with battery health percentage is still not accurate. the software level measurement of battery health getting reduced can be approximately identified over period of months usage. measure battery health 5 to 6 months once as suggested in our video.
As your device is under warranty for 10 more months, dont worry. Continue using it and even one month before if you think battery has some issues you can visit service center and get it diagnosed.
If any manufacturer defect identified they will replace the battery.
Continue following the charging practice as suggested and that will help to maintain and reach that 2.5 years average time for 80% battery health. I hope it helps.
