For past 2 days my camera app in my iphone is not working,it suddenly freezes it self front camera is working and camera works good with Instagram but not on camera i reached to apple they ran dignostic test on my phone they said camera is fine in your phone it is software issue ?? What do i do now??
hello bro, if there is no hardware issue at apple service center they will do iOS Restore and fix the issue. what did they suggest?
They said today apple engg will contact me ,and they took logs from my phone, and they were like software issue will be taken care from their side only mostly i think they will ask me to give the phone is the service center i guess
yes bro. if anything requires out of remote support, they will direct you to nearest apple service center.
