This is very unusual bro. We need to check this once at apple service center. to identify any issues related to hardware level. But before that, perform “Settings - general - reset - reset all settings” once. If the issue not fixed, then we can try performing iOS Restore once.
If there is any deeper issue, then iOS Restore helps to fix such issue.
Otherwise we have to conclude it as hardware issue.
