for 8 months usage 11% is not normal bro. was your usage includes gaming and more screen time? you charge once a day or twice?

Not gaming bro but more than 8 hours screen time in a day and charge twice a day

Quite heavy usage may be the reason here bro. but your device is still under warranty. just when you have time visit nearest apple service center and let them run diagnostics once. just to make sure there is no defect in the device.

I read that in colombo there is an apple store bro. temporarily you can continue using it bro. when you visit colombo you can check. its new model so checking outside at third party is not recommended bro.

That one is not a apple store bro that’s the authorised dealers and they said if you purchased from here then we will made a exchange and repairing under warranty otherwise they can’t

So if its time to change battery, where you will change bro? no apple authorised service center in sri lanka?

but it will void warranty bro. when your device is within 1 year or with applecare+ which means totally 2 years coverage. some of our audience have mentioned the availability in colombo bro. in our facebook q&a group discussion.

If there is no option then we have to check with third party service center understanding warranty will be void and we have to continue with third party service center in future too.

hi bro, its not an issue bro. i hope you are following the suggested charging practice. that is all enough. continue using it and in few months it will update automatically and we will see reduce in BH. to adjust automatically.
