hi bro, are you experiencing the issue with specific document or unable to send any document using whatsapp?
Could be whatsapp side file format restriction bro. try sending an mp4 file or record a 10 second video using camera app and send it. if that file successfully sent, then its clearly whatsapp not allowing the specific format file to be sent. we cannot bypass that restriction unfortunately. you have to send it by uploading to google drive and share the link in whatsapp to a friend.
