Whenever I put a video in PIP (Picture In Picture) in YouTube on my iPhone 17 and open Instagram and watch a reel, my iPhone switches off and turns back on. Issue is happening many times.

Yes Bro! Sometimes, even this morning phone switched off when I put a YT video to PIP. I did not open any other app. Putting YT videos in PIP crashes my phone sometimes bro!
So far no similar issues reported bro. if its happening only for youtube app and pip mode then it could be IOS specific issue. if you tried reinstalling youtube app already and still experiencing the issue, my suggestion is to take backup of important data and perform full iOS Restore using computer.
As the phone is new and under warranty, you can take it ti apple service center and they will do it for you.
Then restore backup and install youtube app and test. mostly it will be fixed.
