iPhone battery and heating issues

hi bro….
i have three questions

  1. i kept my iphone 14 pro at 29% battery at night nd slept, but i wake up in mrng seen my iphone its at 3% battery life… i checked in battery usage there is no usage during overnight…but how it’s happened its fr the first time

  2. i noticed in my 13 & 14 pro that using mobile while charging if it gets heat means getting lag(slow)…its that normal?

nd some times 14pro also get small lags in home screen nd keyboards
3. how to transfer photos from to mac to iphone (5000)photos are there. :heart:

hello bro, overnight battery drain happens for several reasons. normally it happens within 10%. When network signal strength is 2 or 3 bars and keep on searching for networks then such battery drain happens overnight and even while using it day time. its must to get good coverage providing network in our area.

Check for 2 weeks at least if the drain happens every day or just it happened one day. because if any background software update happened, then such battery drain happens only for that day. it wont continue. so observe and let me know bro.

  1. During fast charging heating happens bro. but it is managed internally at both hardware and software level. so don’t worry. only if we see temperature warning then we have to try and fix it with some troubleshooting steps. else not to worry.
  2. we can use default photos app to transfer the photos to our mac or connect portable drive and transfer them. doing bath by batch transfer will be good idea. like 500 photos, videos at a time to avoid memory issues or crash and closing of apps.

okay brother
let check fr few days…

what abt the small lags in 14pro in home screen nd keyboards?

i want transfer photos from Mac to iphone!

During charging if the device lags or hangs then it could be due to battery related performance issue too bro. generally using the phone while charging is not a recommended step. only for few minutes emergency cases we can use it.

Whats the current battery health percentage of the device?

About photo transfer, I have suggested it in point 3. kindly check above discussion.
