Photos widget in iPhone fetches favorites, memories from photos app. if it is not automatically created, leave the iPhone in charger for one full night and usually it gets created based on photos you have on your iPhone. Then it will start showing in photos app. Unfortunately, we cannot customise it automatically shows.
Expecting better customization in future iOS releases bro.
