I am using I phone 12 pro .when seeing images is there mobile data off it will not viewing as well as is there mobile data on it will loading and viewing.if have any suggestions about this matter??
hi bro, looks like you have iCloud Photos sync feature is ON. if you are taking backup of all your photos, videos to icloud then it requires internet to download them if its uploaded and only low quality file stored on your device. to avoid data storage icloud maintains original quality and in our iphone storage optimised low quality file stored for preview purpose. so it downloads when you tap on the image or video at that time.
