hi bro, battery health may refresh after major software update and if its due for reduce you will see the reduce. iOS 26.1 feels much better than previous iOS 26 versions, but you can wait till iOS 26.2 release and then update.
I havent personally used CMF brand headphoens based on reviews you may go with their pro model. do check user reviews on amazon once and then go for it bro.
