Hi

I have recently experiencing white screen issue in iPhone 13 Pro Max 256 GB model, I approached the service centre, the service centre reported that Apple had internally announced service program for such issues,

Though my phone was out of warranty they agreed replace my screen at no cost. The replacement was done Apple support itself for your reference I am attaching the concerned documents.

So if you’re experiencing similar problems pursue the Apple support firmly.

Recently I saw one of the famous lawyer in YouTube also faced similar issue.

The most important point is that I got my screen replaced out of warranty, at no cost,

So for sure all the users who are facing similar problem will get it rectified

This will help many in saving at least 30000 to 40000

I did provided an update sometime ago to this green screen issue bro.

Saw the lawyer video and I think the service technician failed to research properly. Apple support contact should be the next step lawyer should have approached to get this fixed. Anyhow, taking legal action is always good as last step.

bro I already give to my phone to the service centre. how many days take this process bro. my phone is iPhone 13 pro max and out of warranty

Same as Green Screen, we have to check with apple service center bro. some white screen issues fixed with iOS Restore. otherwise display change may required and even out of warranty products are serviced at apple service center if its considered as defect.

sometimes we have to talk to apple support when service center confirms no physical damage or liquid damage present in the device. that will help.
