Yes, bro. iPhone 12 and above models are dual 5G. You can verify it in apple official document. Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support (IN)

But on voice & data settings on esim ( Airtel) it shows 4g & 5g network options on physical sim (Vodafone) it shows only 3G & 4g

Vodafone is not 5G enabled network in many areas bro. Airtel and jio only 5G networks at present. And not yet available in many cities. They are slowly rolling out to more cities and not all iphone users getting 5G yet.

Kindly check with your network customer care for availability.
