My question is do we need to factory reset iphone regularly. Also if we factory reset do we get all the apps, contacts and msg back to iphone if i took full back up of the phone. How we know whether the full phone is got backed up to cloud.

Welcome bro. will keep doing my best. Factory Reset is not necessary bro. Even All settings Reset is necessary only when there is a problem that cannot be fixed with simple Restart of the device.
I am using it without any all settings reset. almost a year before I have done once due to iOS 17 bugs. Other than that, I havent done before for long time.
Erase Data and Reset all settings is the Factory Reset, which will delete all the data from the device.
If you have iCloud Contacts, Notes and other toggles Enabled, then those data will be backed up bro. when you use same apple id, all those data will be downloaded.
If you take full backup in iTunes or iCloud, then all data will be safe. Especially Photos, Videos backup is important. before performing Erase Data and All Settings Reset, data should be safely backed up.
As I said before, don’t do factory reset without any incidents or bugs that cannot be fixed with all settings reset bro.
