Yes bro. iPhone SE 2020 is good to consider as secondary device. if your usage is average like few calls and checking apps for couple of hours a day, then SE 2020 model with atleast 90% battery health will be good buy. as you set with the requirement of screen size for comfort and handling, SE should be good. iPhone 12 mini also good to consider but price wise it will be high.
