Issue regarding getting calls on iPad via handoff

I have an iPad Air fourth generation, I used to use hand off to take calls in my iPad that is connected to my iPhone. It is a great function, but after 18.1.1 update I’m getting call in my iPad, but I’m not seeing the Contacts name. I used to see it before, but now it’s not that the contact name is not there just the number is showing.

Hi bro, this could be temporary sync related issue. can you try restarting iPad once and see if the incoming calls properly showing contact name as saved in phone contacts app?

I’ve tried it after restarting the iPad but the issue still persists . The beauty is the names are showing seamlessly in watch but not on pad

I understand bro. do you have icloud contacts synced or Google contacts synced on the iPad or iPhone? as primary contact sync option.

It is synced with iCloud bro

This could be sync related issue possibly a bug bro. today or tomorrow expecting iPadOS 18.2 which comes with plenty of bug fixes. Kindly update once released and check if its fixed or not.
