Issue with Apple Music Asking for Internet for Offline Songs

Dear Robin Bro,

Last week, I synced my songs from iTunes, and after the sync, the songs appeared in the Apple Music app. However, Apple Music is now asking for an internet connection to play songs that were supposed to be available offline.

I even tried deleting and reinstalling the Apple Music app, but the issue persists. Previously, my synced songs did not require an internet connection to play. I’m not sure why it’s asking for internet access now.

Could you please help me understand why this is happening and suggest a solution?

in iPhone music app if sync library option is ON under settings - apps - music, then the songs we copy will be automatically matched with the icloud music service. can you try turning that setting OFF and copy few songs once again? we can use any one service at a time. if we decided to copy songs from local computer to music app then its not possible to use apple music streaming service.
